Refund Policy

If you desire to cancel payment or cancel the ordering of an item , a refund will be made providing ECA Marketing has not ordered and paid for the item.  A refund check will be sent within 30 days of the cancellation.  If the item has been ordered and paid there will be no return or refund of payment.
